FAQ

Shipping: How long will it take to get my order?

Short answer:

Shipping timelines vary based on your location and the product you've ordered but most products should be shipped within 5-7 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information so you can keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

Longer answer:

We're not Amazon (shocker right?!) so we don't have a warehouse 20 minutes from your house. In fact, we don't have any warehouses, we're an education company afterall.

Why are we telling you this?

Because it'll probably take longer than you're used to for your ZTM Swag to arrive... but don't worry it'll be totally worth the wait.

How do you do it?

A beautiful thing called "print-on-demand" (via our partner Printful). Your ZTM swag is made just for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it'll take a bit longer to deliver it to you.

Bonus... Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so GO YOU for getting wicked swag and helping the environment at the same time!

Returns: What is the return policy?

All orders are processed and shipped by our partner, Printful.

Product defects:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Lost in transit:

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Had a change of heart:

We currently do not accept returns since every product is custom made for you when it's ordered.

Otherwise:

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report directly with Printful or email us at support@zerotomastery.io and we will do our best to help coordinate with Printful to resolve the issue.

What if my package never came?

Before placing an order, please triple check to ensure the mailing address is correct.

Reach out to support@zerotomastery.io if you place an order and don’t receive a shipping notice within 5 business days OR if your order hasn’t arrived 10 days after it has shipped.
